Nikki Reed in Dolce & Gabbana | “The Today Show”

Even though she sat down for a group interview with co-stars Jackson Rathbone and Ashley Greene earlier in the week, Nikki Reed had a solo interview on “The Today Show” last Friday in New York City.

The 23-year-old actress sat down with Kathie Lee Gifford and Hoda Kotb to talk about the fourth installment in the “Twilight” saga franchise, “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 1”.

For the very early morning interview, Nikki once again selected a Dolce&Gabbana look — this time a pretty poppy printed sleeveless dress with a black velvet belt high on the waist and adorned with a bow.

I love the rich colors of this fall floral print, although it’s from a spring collection. Sadly, I can’t say I’m much of a fan for the shoes she wore with it.

Her fuchsia “Kara” suede platform pumps by Rough Justice are pretty and bright, but looked so chunky with the dress! I was only able to see images of her sitting down, but you can clearly see they look huge in the photos.

With it iron board straight I finally realize just how long Nikki’s hair is getting, and I really like it. Just as with tights, I’m a sucker for super straight hair in the fall. It always looks so chic to me — whether it’s out or in a high ponytail.
