Rooney Mara joined her co-star Daniel Craig, and director David Fincher, on the red carpet tonight at the Cinema UGC Normandie for the French premiere of “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo” in one of the prettiest dresses she’s worn for the entire promotional tour! The raven-haired actress wore an incredible black crepe bead-embellished sleeveless cocktail dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Louis Vuitton.

The form fitting bodice of the dress gave way to a cute ‘popped’ skirt silhouette; the dress was molded to the waist with a black leather belt. I really like the textured details at the sides of her skirt!

I love her choice of footwear; her ankle-strap black sandals by Givenchy balanced out the look. With bare toes, arms, and legs — I imagine Rooney’s teeth were chattering in the rainy winter weather!

Rooney tried something a bit different with her hair; instead of sweeping it to the side or leaving her blunt bangs on display, her bangs were parted at the side. With lightly pink-tinged cheeks, Rooney finished off her beauty look with siren red lips.

Do you love this look as much as I do? Let me know in the comments.

I love the seamless symmetry of elegance and edge going on with this look. I really wish the bodice fit properly. She is very petite especially since in heels she’s considerably shorter than Daniel Craig.
