Third time may be the “charm” in most cases, but Jane Fonda has been spectacular all three nights so far at the 65th Annual Cannes Film Festival.
The 74-year-old actress arrived at Palais des Festivals tonight for the premiere of “Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted” wearing a ruby red custom-made sequined gown by Roberto Cavalli.
I love the dimension created with the sequins; they’re tightly embroidered down the center of the dress but scattered about on the sides and on the long sleeves.
Jane is fearless and flawless — and I love it!
She just keeps getting better and better; I’m looking forward to what she wears next.
Jane put the perfect finishing touches on this look with a matching crystal-embroidered minaudière and Chopard jewels. Her ears dazzled with a pair of rubellite (60 carats) and black and white diamond drop earrings that matched her pear-shape rubellite tourmaline (50 carats) ring set in ruby and white diamond pave.
Both pieces are from Chopard’s Red Carpet Collection, and are set in 18-carat white gold.
