After a very short break at home in Los Angeles, Kristen Stewart was back to promoting her hit fairytale film “Snow White and the Huntsman” this week — this time in Australia!

The 22-year-old joined her costar Chris Hemsworth and director Rupert Sanders in Sydney today for an afternoon of back-to-back press interviews as well as a special portrait photocall.

The first thing I noticed about this sesh was, obviously, that Kristen was finally wearing a suit! Granted, she wasn’t in a full-on red carpet tuxedo, but dang, I’ll take it!

Kristen is wearing a Fall 2012 raisin-colored Chaiken satin shawl collar, single button “Carolina” blazer and matching cropped “Jackie WZ” trousers.

Baby step-by-step this gal has inched her way into a suit the entire press tour — and I couldn’t be more pleased. Just as I imagined, she looks completely at ease. The comfortable loose fit suited her laid back style and personality to the T, although it appeared the jacket was a size too big.

Then again, that was probably intentional.

I see that she added her own spin to the look by cuffing the sleeves and pants before slipping on a comfy Fall 2012 AllSaints white silk “Biker” vest and a pair of two-toned oxford dress shoes.

I personally think stiletto pumps would have been a better choice, but I’m wondering if she’s still nursing that injury. Considering her pants are slouched and folded up, the oxfords compliment well.

Kristen finished off her look with her favorite black double wrap bracelet and a neon green BaubleBar “ID” bracelet.

Now that she’s definitely in the right direction — bring on that fitted tuxedo!

What did you think of Kristen’s slouchy suit?

Love it! And I think the shoes are now intentional! It’s her trademark!
