Cover Girl: Mila Kunis Is Vintage Glam for the August Issue of ELLE UK!

MILA KUNIS nabbed the August cover of ELLE UK where the stylists of the fashion magazine, once again, took a little beauty inspiration of the 1960s. Doug Inglish photographed the “Ted” actress relaxing on a seemingly uncomfortable chair set in a vintage Hollywood home while donned in a blush-colored gown from the Christian DiorFall 2012 collection.

This plunging off-runway design was embellished on the wide bust straps with gorgeous Swarovski crystal star cut appliqués.

Mila, who’s the current face of the Dior fashion campaign, was styled by Leith Clark in two more looks from the fashion house as well as a few other beautiful looks from the latest fall collections.

On dating a fellow celebrity: “Is a guy going to come up to me and ask if he can take me out on a date? Where can I go and have this date? I can’t go anywhere! My house, his house …so what do you do? I’m trying to be like a normal girl and a single girl, but the concept of being single and in my position is just not workable. I couldn’t even go on a date if I wanted to!” [Side note: Rumor has it she’s dating her former “That 70’s Show” costar Ashton Kutcher.]

How she proves the critics wrong: “I have everything working against me at this point. I am a woman, I’m a child actress and I was on a television show for eight years. But, I have worked really hard to prove them all wrong. It’s the stubborn side of me. I still don’t have a f—ing clue what I’m doing. I’m not confident in my talent, whatever that might be, and I hope I never am. Working this hard is the thing that keeps me sane.”

 

Mila wears a champagne-beige colored dress with a satin sleeveless bodice embellished with crystal appliqués, and a leather and tulle paneled attached midi skirt from the Fall 2012 collection by Christian Dior.

 

Mila reclines on the floor wearing a long-sleeve royal blue wool dress by Stella McCartney with subtle embroidery, which was paired with Nicholas Kirkwood pumps (not pictured).

 

I wish there was a full length photo of Mila in this navy Jil Sander corset midi dress with a shaped bust and a large cutout element placed at the center of the bodice. You can find this photo in the earlier pages of the issue.

 

Mila looks beautiful in a blush lace dress by Dolce & Gabbana with panels of floral printed embroidery.

 

Mila wears a special textured blush-colored peplum top and full satin skirt from Christian Dior. Judging from this waist-high photo, it appears to be inspired by the Spring 2012 haute couture collection.
