Cover Girl: Kristen Stewart Lives the Rockstar Life for Her British Vogue Debut!

KRISTEN STEWART makes her debut on the cover of Vogue UK this month with the October issue!

It’s been an exciting year for the 22-year-old actress. She’s covered two handfuls of fashion magazines in just a few short months, promoted the heck out of her action-packed fairytale flick “Snow White and the Huntsman”, went to the Cannes Film Festival to premiere the Walter Salles-directed “On The Road”, where she stars as the promiscuous teen Marylou, scored a deal as a face of the latest Balenciaga fragrance “Florabotanica”, and this fall, she’ll bring Bella back to the big screen one last time with “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2” – the ‘epic’ finale of the beloved vampy franchise based off Stephenie Meyer’s hugely successful book series.

Say that 10 times fast!

Kristen reunited with her photographer pal Mario Testino as he shot her for the British cover, the two worked together on her first American Vogue cover last year and more recently for Vanity Fair. She gave her best sultry, pout while rocking a floral ruffle dress by Gucci, deep red lips and red shadow smoky eyes, courtesy of make-up artist James Kaliardos.

In the issue, K.Stew opened up about living in the spotlight — and going blonde!

On how she stays sane in a hectic industry: “I know if you haven’t thought about how you want to present a very packaged idea of yourself, then it can seem like you lack ambition. But, dude, honestly? I can’t. People expect it to be easy because there you are, out there, doing the thing that you want and making lots of money out of it. But, you know, I’m not that smooth. I can get clumsy around certain people. Like if I were to sit down and think, ‘OK, I’m really famous — how am I going to conduct myself in public?’ I wouldn’t know who that person would be! It would be a lot easier if I could, but I can’t.”

On becoming Marylou and going blonde: “I feel like my whole body rejects it, but it was really important for the character. It was like learning an accent!”

 

For the cover look, Kristen wearing a green, blue and black silk-georgette dress with ruffle-trim detail from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Gucci. Her black bra is by Triumph while her gold plated belt comes from Beyond Retro.

 

Kristen mixes up her colors and plays with patterns in this funky trouser look. She’s wearing a leopard-printed red, black and pink Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière bomber jacket, from Pre-Fall 2012, with a sexy blue lace cotton bodysuit by Rosamosario and black-and-white printed cotton and lace Just Cavalli leggings.

Kristen accessorized with the same Beyond Retro vintage belt from the cover and a clever collection of jewelry, including vintage earrings from Hirst Antiques. She paired a silver “Love Me Tender” necklace by Tom Binns with a silver double-horn pendant necklace by Shaune Leane.

She’s also wearing a horn ring from Leane’s collection.

Rocking out in the doorway? Well, okay then!

Kristen keeps it cool in a Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière oak tree printed tee that she partnered with studded black leather trousers and a long leopard jacket from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Joseph.

   She accessorized with Agent Provocateur by Linda Farrow cat eye sunglasses, resin and Swaorvski crystal drop earrings by Marni and cool Balenciaga leather and ostrich-skin black and neon green lace-up ankle boots.

 

Just chillin’ in some tye-dye: Kristen poses at the bar in a kalediscope printed tank-and-lace single sleeve layered top with blue printed jeans from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Versus.

Being fearless when it comes to pattern pairs, Kristen works some pink leopard knee high tights by Trasparenze with super sexy leopard and gold strass DSquared2 ankle strap heels. Her earrings are vintage.

 

The beat of her heart: Kristen shows off her sexy side in a ASOS brocade jacket and a orange wool-mix Sister by Sibling leopard-printed sweater tucked into high-waist blue animal print corset knickers by Rosamosario.

Accessories include a vintage belt from Beyond Retro.

 

Ah, the life of a rockstar: Kristen looks like someone straight out of the Broadway musical “Rock of Ages” wearing her “Glitter Girl” graphic-print satin sweatshirt from the Fall 2012 Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière collection.

She belted her waist with a red vintage Beyond Retro accessory and bared some serious leg with her What Katie Did satin corset black panties. With gold vintage earrings from Hirst Antiques, Kristen finished off this look with Jonathan Aston lace socks and shiny red “Abel” pointed toe pumps by Jimmy Choo.

BFor the fourth shot in the editorial, Kristen wears another Balenciaga by Nicolas Ghesquière design! This time around, a “Hostess” hot pink jacquard top from the Fall 2012 collection that is partnered with a Just Cavalli metallic cracked gold blazer, with black contrast lapels, and a black leather lace-up mini skirt from Isabel Marant.

Underneath her top, Kristen wears a hot pink and red tulle bra from Fifi Chachnil.

 
As for her jewelry, in addition to personal tokens, she wears a black cord and diamond bracelet from Shamballa Jewels, vintage earrings and white-gold star ring from Jordan Askill. The rest of her jewelry is indicated throughout this post.

 

Kristen was quite the leopard-print lover for this photoshoot! I approve.

For this head-shot, she wears another pair of vintage earrings with a black PVC coat with an embroidered cotton popplin collar from Marni, a blue animal print Rosamosario bustier and a black Triumph bra.
