MY VERDICT: To gear up for her first time hosting “Saturday Night Live”, Kristen stopped by “The Tonight Show” to chat with Jimmy Fallon about the upcoming show and as usual, the 26-year-old exuded edge with ease. Kristen covered a black bralette with a chainmail houndstooth patterned tank by Natalia Fedner Couture and paired it with coordinating short-shorts from the Spring 2017 collection by Julian Macdonald.
While leather bottoms would have maximized the rockstar feel, I like that she kept her lower half relaxed which allowed attention to draw towards the top and her textured swept up hairstyle.
Kristen typically opts for black pumps, so it was nice to see a little bit of a change with the addition of a dainty ankle strap on her d’Orsay suede pointed toe heels from Christian Louboutin. A smoky eye and Chanel jewelry provided the finishing touches.
