MY VERDICT: Ciara put her toned figured on display when she attended the Billboard Music Awards in Las Vegas draped in a Julien Macdonald shimmering look. The 32-year-old singer donned the asymmetrical fully embellished sheer wrap dress from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2018 collection. I liked the 1970s vibe of the look, which Ciara was apparently feeling too because she wore her long locks in voluminous locks reminiscent of the disco days. Glittered strappy LeSilla sandals provided the finishing touch.
