MY VERDICT: Not only was it VMA day, but it was also Bebe Rexha’s birthday and she celebrated in comfortable style by pairing her faux leather blazer with black biker shorts. Bebe’s exact jacket is Lionne Clothing‘s ‘Makeda’ blazer dress with lace-up grommet detail and slit sides.
This was a very low-key outfit, which fit the virtual setting of the award show this year. Bebe focused on the minute details of her look with a high ponytail that was both sleek and bouncy, metallic long nails, several rings and a pair of ankle strap lack sandals.
I’ve never been a fan of biker shorts outside of lounge-wear or sporty looks, but Bebe seemed like she had a lot of fun with this outfit and it balanced the blazer. Happy Birthday, Bebe!
