MY VERDICT: Storm gave a Midas touch to the black carpet as she stepped out for the 2021 ESSENCE Black Women in Hollywood Awards in a Prada gown. The 17-year-old actress looked beautiful in her sleek gold nappa leather gown.
I loved this dress on her; it’s elegant and youthful, and perfect for the event. I also loved how the dress was highlighted with the styling of a half-up/half-down hairstyle, gold jewelry, and soft glam makeup that was enhanced with embellished eye art!
Simply put: Storm lit this look up.

MY VERDICT: For her second look, Storm wore a vibrant Christopher Kane cady mini dress with a paint splatter effect from the designer’s Spring/Summer 2021 Collection.
Once again, Storm and her stylist Jason Bolden really nailed the assignment; the fit-and-flare cut and ruffled micro peplum design really captured Storm’s youth while the addition of her bright green Paris Texas croc-effect tall boots added a mature edge.
I’m enjoying the evolution of her style.
