MY VERDICT: Jessica hit the red carpet in her best color when she opted for a sapphire silk cocktail dress by Andrew Gn for the annual pre-Oscar party hosted by TheWrap. The “Zero Dark Thirty” nominee selected this new version of a capelet dress with an embellished neckline that was seen in a two-tone ivory and light mauve on the Spring 2013 runway. I have to say that I prefer the richer color for Jessica even though I’m a bigger fan of the embroidery on the model. Hey, whatever works. MY VERDICT: Wow! Emmy had dramatic beauty down to a science when she rocked the black carpet in her dark and glamorous gown by Andrew Gn.  The 26-year-old actress celebrated the premiere of “Beautiful Creatures” by selecting this stunning mermaid gown with a black velvet base and white crisscross halterneck detail, from the designer’s Pre-Fall 2012 collection.  I much prefer the white contrast over the hot pink that was presented with the line—especially on Emmy.  One of the most striking details of the slim silhouette design has to be the multi-strap back.  Emmy was able to beautifully display this due to her chocolate tresses being styled in tucked retro pin-waves.  With a on-trend vampy plum lip color to match her nails, she completed her gorgeous look with diamond earrings and a matching bracelet from Harry Winston.

MY VERDICT: Emma was up bright and early this to take the podium with Seth McFarlane (not pictured) and present the nominees for the 85th Academy Awards.  The 24-year-old actress let her golden blonde tresses fall in sculpted swept waves as she showed off her glamorous a-line white silk dress by Andrew Gn.  The deep v-neck Spring 2013 fit-and-flare dress featured arched lapels, gathering at the waist and a black leather belt, which Emma complimented with matching “Batignolles” pumps from Christian Louboutin.  A touch of Old Hollywood glamour at 5 o’clock in the morning? Emily VanCamp was pretty in bright pink when she walked the green carpet on Sunday night for the 2012 Environmental Media Awards, held at Warner Bros. Studios in Burbank, California.

The “Revenge” star rocked a candy-colored short dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Andrew Gn. This whimsical cocktail number features a square neck, contoured bodice and gathered ruffle skirt, which is broken up by a beautiful jade green embellished belt.

I didn’t expect Emily to be the one to wear this dress, but it was a pleasant surprise. Unfortunately, I’m not in love with her ‘sock bun’ hairstyle and I’m even less impressed by her shoes. They are way too boring for a dress this full of life!

Connie Britton joined her “Nashville” costar Hayden Panettiere last night to present at the 64th annual Primetime Emmy Awards, held at the Nokia Theatre L.A. Live in Hollywood.

Though her hairstyle was questionable for many on-lookers, I don’t think there was any doubt that Connie’s shimmering Andrew Gn Resort 2012 gown was anything but beautiful. I’ve really been enjoying Nieves Alvarez’s style on the Spanish television program “Solo Moda” lately. So far, we’ve seen her in brightly colored ruffled dresses and gorgeous mosaic embroidered designs, but third time is the charm and I’m sort of obsessed with her outfits from Friday night’s show.

For her first look, Nieves wore a super hot, super edgy — and a super short dress from the Fall 2012 Frankie Morello collection.

I definitely prefer the bright pink and gold studs that she wore over the black version from the catwalk, but both of the long sleeve dresses are fabulous. I kind of wish she had worn the long white under-layer because the dress is so short, but I don’t really like the white strip, so maybe I’m just more in favor of the dress being two inches longer. | continue reading..

The “Once Upon A Time” actress showed off her new cherry red tresses as they cascaded over bare shoulders while wearing this fun Spring 2012 dress.
