Wow, Naomi Watts looked stunning in her Marchesa gown when she attended Elton John’s 14th annual White Tie and Tiara Ball, to benefit his Elton John AIDS Foundation in Association with Chopard.

The event, as always, was held at John’s Woodside mansion in Windsor, England.
