MY VERDICT: Miranda continued to prove that she can wear what many ladies can’t as she struck a pose on the green carpet at the Global Green USA pre-Oscar party. The beautiful Australian model passed on a classic LBD, or even a go-to sparkling number, in favor of a bold, heavily patterned, brightly colored, midi length cocktail dress by Peter Pilotto. This lively cutaway frock comes from the Spring 2013 runway collection, and features into-your-face graphic detail filled with shades of yellow, blue, and orange. Instead of pushing it with the matching shoes, Miranda kept the rest subtle by sweeping her hair into a high ponytail, applying a punchy red lip colour, and accessorizing with a simple black clutch and pumps. | continue reading..

Cameron Diaz knew how to perfectly glam up a little black dress when she hit the red carpet over the weekend for the “A Night Under The Stars” event in New York City to celebrate the launch of the Tag Heuer LINK Lady Trilogy Limited Edition watch.

Alicia Keys rocked the red carpet last night when she took on the 2012 MTV EMA Awards in a sexy green and black dress by Stella McCartney with sheer illusion panels at the shoulders and waist in the designer’s signature “Miracle” contour. It creates a glorious slimming effect that women hope for, naturally.

Rachel Weisz spiced up her morning with a little color when she appeared on “Good Morning America” today to talk about her new movie “The Bourne Legacy”. The 42-year-old English actress wore a gorgeous emerald green silk/neoprene sheath dress from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Lanvin.

This dress seems to be a favorite when it comes to morning talk show appearances. Charlize Theron wore the same one in black while appearing on “Today” a few months ago. Although, unlike Charlize, Rachel didn’t wear a favorable shoe with this frock.

She could have had so much fun with this and rocked a colorful shoe, but Rachel played it safe and wore nude suede lace-up, open toe Gianvito Rossi ankle boots.

I’ll just love it from the knees up because her wavy hair and muted red lip color are divine.

Nina Dobrev was blessed with a great pair of long, lean legs — so it’s always nice to see her embrace that gift and rock a cute mini dress. “The Vampire Diaries” actress did exactly that when she attended the Cindi Leive and Rachel Zoe’s bash to celebrate Glamour’s new book “Thirty Things Every Woman Should Have and Should Know by the Time She’s 30″ last Monday.

It looks like full skirts are making a huge impact on the red carpet! Lately I’ve been seeing them on nearly everyone — from Taylor Swift to Jessica Alba, Emma Stone, and Jessica Chastain. Last night both Megan Fox and Emily Blunt jumped on the rising trend for both of their respective premieres.

Gettin’ you ‘Wu’ on at Skylight SOHO was the place to be tonight for the VIP shopping extravaganza as Jason Wu for Target had it’s official launch fête in New York City. Jason Wu’s exclusive collection doesn’t hit Target stores nationwide until February 5th, but if you were at the private soirèe, you got to nosh on macaroons from Ladurée, listen to live music from Yelle, mingle with celebs like Blake Lively and Jaime King… and get first dibs on some Wu items!

“Shameless” star Emmy Rossum hit the red carpet in a Jason Wu for Target button-down pink sheer double-pocket blouse that she paired with a printed skirt from the collection. With her hair pulled half up and the rest out in cascading waves, she finished off her look with nude pointed toe “Pigalle” pumps by Christian Louboutin and very pretty make-up.

I loved this feminine look so much; it’s a very easy look for the everyday girl to rock.

Despite the sexy persona she portrays as a VS Angel on the catwalk, Miranda Kerr has to be one of the cutest ladies ever! It might be her dimples or soft spoken voice, but I swear she drinks from the fountain of youth because most of the time she still looks like a teenager.

The new mom walked the runway for the annual Victoria’s Secret Fashion Show after taking a year off to have her baby (she has a son named Flynn with actor Orlando Bloom).

Miranda joined her co-Angels Alessandra Ambrosio and Lily Aldridge last night on the pink carpet for the special viewing party of the VS fashion show at the at the Samueli Theater, Segerstrom Center for the Arts in Costa Mesa, California.

I love the fit of this natural-colored leopard print bustier cocktail dress by Dolce&Gabbana that she wore. It’s sexy, it’s chic, and it fits her like a glove.

She kept her accessories understated — but equally fitting for the look — by carrying a gold studded “Colette” clutch by Stella McCartney to match her black pointed toe Gianvito Rossi  pumps. | continue reading..
