Emma Roberts wore a black lace dress from RED Valentino when she joined her friend Chloe Moretz at the New York City screening of Chloe’s movie “Hick” last night at the Crosby Street Hotel.

The loose silk design featured long sleeves with all-over insets of delicate lace and a plunging v-neck open back.

Chloe Moretz taped an appearance for the “Late Show with David Letterman” this evening to promote her new movie “Hick”.

The 15-year-old actress arrived at the Ed Sullivan Theater wearing a dark navy and grey, leopard printed version of this sleeveless sheath dress from the Fall 2011 collection by Christopher Kane.

Blake Lively came out to Skylight SOHO  in support of Jason Wu‘s exclusive collection for Target at his launch fête in NYC tonight. She partied the night away with Jason and her “Hick” co-star Chloe Moretz!

While many celeb attendees wore looks from the upcoming collection, the “Gossip Girl” actress opted for a dress from his Spring/Summer 2012 collection. You may remember seeing this dress, featuring a black top and an ivory peplum skirt embellished with black Swarovski crystals, on Michelle Williams recently — but Blake’s version was reversed in color.

Chloe Moretz’s wardrobe kicks the ass of mine at age 14. Then again, I dressed like I was 14.

Lately I’ve seen her in everything from Miu Miu to Azzaro, Giambattista Valli, Versace, Burberry, and now…Valentino.

Chloe arrived at the Toronto International Film Festival premiere of “Hick” wearing this pre-fall combo dress. The look is a tad girly and a dash edgy with a sheer long-sleeve dotted blouse featuring a drawstring tied neck and a lace bustier underlay attached to a high waist leather pencil skirt.

Chloe choose not to wear the collar seen during the presentation and kept the look as age-appropriate as possible with low heel patent nude mary-jane pumps. This is typical for Chloe, no matter how daring her dress is – the footwear is never too high on the heel or too sexy. There are many young actresses out there who could take some pointers from her in that respect.

I’ve heard that Chloe doesn’t work with a stylist, but maybe she should look into some assistance to help her select dresses age-appropriate.
