Jennifer Nettles of the Country music duo Sugarland brought the house down with her performance at the 2011 Kennedy Center Honors Gala Dinner earlier this month. I’m always captivated by her performances — her voice is ridiculous. Another thing I love about her is her consistent stylish wardrobe!

I’ve seen this sequined jumpsuit by Stella McCartney previously in black on Gwen Stefani and in gold on Iman, but I’ve yet to love it as much as I do in this stunning taupe shade on Jennifer.

Due to the lighter color beneath and black chiffon overlay, the sequin illusion of paint splatters really popped on the plunging v-neck jumpsuit. Her curly bob haircut was both pretty and completely non-distracting from the neckline and structured shoulders. | continue reading..

Alexis Bledel sparkled on the magenta carpet last night at the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award event in Beverly Hills to honor Iman and Missoni.

There may be a spring look to Alexis’ Missoni colorfully pale yellow, aqua, purple and peach dress, but don’t get it twisted because her zig-zag knit dress is actually from the Fall/Winter 2011 collection. While I still think she could’ve selected a dress in a warmer, rich color combination – I prefer this to Sofia Vergara’s look.

Alexis looked lovely.

Her chocolate brown hair looked fabulous in loose layered waves, and her simple gold accessories — which included a shimmering clutch — were striking and complimented an effortless chic look.

Sofia Vergara of “Modern Family” attended the Rodeo Drive Walk of Style Award event last night in Beverly Hills honoring model Iman and the Italian fashion house of Missoni.

I’m having such a love/hate moment with this look. Sofia is gorgeous and her hair, styled in long waves, looks even better than usual. The Missoni dress fits her so well and the colorful design in shades of blue is exciting, but it’s such a summery look and I’m all about embracing fall styles right now.

I also don’t understand the pale coral stone earrings and starfish cuff from Lorraine Schwartz. Did anyone tell Sofia it was October and she’s not on a tropical island?
