On Thursday, August 30th, fashion designer Miuccia Prada hosted a special dinner to celebrate the film series “The Miu Miu Women’s Tales” during the 69th Venice International Film Festival in Venice, Italy.

The fashionable series is made up of four short films, exploring a feminine interest in the women’s-only label Miu Miu, by female directors Zoe Cassavetes (“The Powder Room”), Giada Colagrande (“The Woman Dress”), Massy Tadjedin (“It’s Getting Late”) and Lucrecia Martel (“Muta”). | continue reading..

Naomi Watts took a break from filming her Princess Diana biopic to support her beau Liev Schreiber (in Ermenegildo Zegna) tonight at the premiere of his film “The Reluctant Fundamentalist”, held during the opening ceremony of the 69th Venice International Film Festival.

Like Kate Hudson, the 43-year-old British-Australian actress selected a nude dress for the big night.

Naomi is wearing a lovely Resort 2013 lace gown by Marchesa, which features short fluttering sleeves and a layered hem with cascading lace ruffles down the sides of the design. | continue reading..

Naomi Watts looked like quite the stunner when she joined her husband Liev Schreiber last night for the Tribeca Ball 2012 gala, held at the New York Academy of Art, wearing Stella McCartney.

The “J. Edgar” actress selected a Pre-Fall 2012 black strapless cocktail dress.

This was one of my favorite pieces from the collection, mainly because of how the skinny black belt with gold detailing sat right above the fun peplum shape. Needless to say, I was a bit bummed that Naomi left the belt out of her look. | continue reading..
