All That Glitters Is Gold: Top British Models Take Over the 2012 London Olympics Closing Ceremony!

Some of Great Britain’s top models made an Olympic-sized entrance during the closing ceremony of the 2012 London Olympic Games last night in London, England. Lead by the incomporable Kate Moss and Naomi Campbell — Lily Cole, Stella Tennant, Karen Elson, Lily Donaldson, Georgia May Jagger, Jourdan Dunn and David Gandy strut their way on the runway to the theme of David Bowie’s “Fashion” while clad head-to-toe in glittering gold.

Kate Moss looked incredible in her wide v-neck, short sleeve gown that was designed by Sarah Burton for Alexander McQueen. The creation shimmered as she moved, but thanks to the official Twitter for the fashion house — we were able to get a detailed look at the gorgeous embellishing.

Naomi Campbell also wore a Alexander McQueen bespoke dress by Sarah Burton. She showed off her famous long legs in a sparkling 3D embellished mullet gown, which was inspired by the Spring/Summer 2012 collection, and featured cutouts at the shoulder of the high-neck frock.
