MY VERDICT: Rachel took the yellow brick road all the way to the London premiere of “Oz: The Great and Powerful”, and she glittered in a pretty nude embroidered lace Michael Kors gown. The strapless floor-length gown comes from the Pre-Fall 2013 collection and features ruched detail at the side, a sweetheart bodice, and a leather belted waist.

MY VERDICT: Michelle and Mila kept it neutral on the yellow brick road while their costar Rachel stepped out in a bright sunset orange silk crepe dress by Victoria Beckham.  I was pleasantly surprised by this choice as she often opts for a very demure look.  This sleek floor-length number comes from the Spring/Summer 2013 collection, and while a similar nude frock featured the same strap and cutout detail, this exact design was not seen during the runway presentation.  I really love the vibrant and warm color, as well as the sexy cut of the silhouette.  Rachel let the dress stand out by toning her dark tresses down into a super slick side parted up-do, although part of me wishes she had left it out.

Sultry smoky eyes, a gold Lanvin clutch, and a matching Tiffany & Co. bracelet completed her look.  I’m loving those dark nails!

MY VERDICT: Rachel and her husband Daniel Craig complimented each other in black ensembles at the Golden Globes this year.  The “Oz: The Great and Powerful” actress wore a sweet Louis Vuitton black silk dress, which featured a sheer polka dot yoke and a matching skirt that began mid-thigh. If it were not for the sheer aspects of this, it would have simply been a strapless LBD with a satin bow at the belt, and we couldn’t have that. The see-through detail of the skirt allowed for us to get a good view of Rachel’s platform Jimmy Choo “Raven” suede sandals. MY VERDICT: Rachel Weisz was quite the beauty on the red carpet last night when she stepped out in her black raso silk ¾ sleeve dress with floral embroidered patchwork.  This dress comes from Prada‘s Spring/Summer 2013 collection, but was not featured on the runway.  However, a matching coat was and is pictured above.  I could use a bunch of words to express how much I adore this on her, but I think the photo speaks for itself.  I can’t think of too many women who could pull this off without it prematurely aging them.  Rachel completed her look with a swept up mane and scarlet satin Charlotte Olympia “Paloma” pumps.

 

I was thrilled to see that Rachel Weisz wore my favorite dress from the Fall 2012 Haute Couture collection by Chanel last night, but I was severely disappointed in the lack of photos.

Rachel was spotted standing back as her husband Daniel Craig greeted Camilla, Duchess of Cornwall, at the the royal world premiere of “Skyfall”, the latest 007 film where he stars as James Bond.

The 42-year-old actress flaunted her amazing figure in the dusty pink drape neck gown with cutouts at the stomach enriched with beautiful beaded embellishments.

Rachel accessorized with white gold diamond jewelry and a matching clutch before finishing off with a elegant braided bun.

Oh, how I need a straight-forward look at her in this. You know it’s a good look when you love it from a profile shot.

The English actress, who was joined by her costar Jeremy Renner and their director Tony Gilroy and producer Frank Marshall, selected a angelic white gown for the big night. Rachel Weisz spiced up her morning with a little color when she appeared on “Good Morning America” today to talk about her new movie “The Bourne Legacy”. The 42-year-old English actress wore a gorgeous emerald green silk/neoprene sheath dress from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by Lanvin.

This dress seems to be a favorite when it comes to morning talk show appearances. Charlize Theron wore the same one in black while appearing on “Today” a few months ago. Although, unlike Charlize, Rachel didn’t wear a favorable shoe with this frock.

She could have had so much fun with this and rocked a colorful shoe, but Rachel played it safe and wore nude suede lace-up, open toe Gianvito Rossi ankle boots.

I’ll just love it from the knees up because her wavy hair and muted red lip color are divine.

Spring may be quickly approaching, but Rachel Weisz took advantage of dark and romantic floral prints when she attended the NYC premiere of her new movie “The Deep Blue Sea”.

The 42-year-old English actress arrived at the Brooklyn Academy of Music this past Thursday night in a burgundy gathered cocktail dress from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Jason Wu.

Rachel left her long dark hair out before finishing off her look with a black clutch and matching patent open toe platform “Lady Peep” pumps by Christian Louboutin.

I wish she had done something more with her hair.

Rachel Weisz showed support for her husband Daniel Craig as she stood by his side at the Madrid, Spain premiere of his thrill-ride new film “The Girl with the Dragon Tattoo”.

Looking more fit than ever, Rachel showed off her flawless figure in a sleek black dress from the Spring/Summer 2012 collection by Alexander McQueen. I love, love, love that flounce skirt at the hem and the strong shoulders detailed with the same embroidery highlighting her scoop neckline.

The belted design neatly hugged her itty-bitty waistline.

Because she lacks the height of the McQueen model, wearing the same shoes wouldn’t have been a good idea — although I wish she had worn a chunkier sandal. Nevertheless, her pointed toe pumps didn’t hurt the look at all. | continue reading..
