Some of today’s hottest stars made their way down the carpet for 2012 Elton John AIDS Foundation’s Oscar Viewing Party back on February 26th in Hollywood wearing some very fabulous dresses. Whether short or maximized, these four ladies were amongst those giving a variety of glam!

Ahna O’Reilly kept it sweet and glamorous on the white carpet wearing a short sleeve black tulle tea-length dress by Randi Rahm with a fun woven metallic print that scatters out as the design travels down. She wore her strawberry red tresses up in a bun and coordinated her accessories by wearing black satin platform “Karin” pumps by Brian Atwood and carrying a gold clutch.

Zhang Ziyi looked amazing in her stunning prussian blue gown with embellished details from the Pre-Fall 2012 collection by Elie Saab. “Castle” star Stana Katic was back on the carpet on Sunday night!

After rocking a light-colored mini dress on the purple carpet for the Indie Spirit Awards, she opted for a purple gown on the white carpet for Elton John’s annual Oscar Viewing Party held in benefit of the Elton John AIDS Foundation.

The 33-year-old actress showed some leg in a gathered violet satin wide neck gown by Alberta Ferretti. I love the color against her tanned skin, and while I’d still like to see her hair out, I liked the cool braided details in her up-do below!

She completed her look with nude Jimmy Choo pumps, a Swarovski clutch and jewels from Le Vian, Adeler and Amrapali.

It’s been awhile since I’ve seen Anna Paquin, but the “True Blood” actress joined her husband/co-star Stephen Moyer at Elton John’s annual Oscars viewing party on Sunday night in a golden Emilio Pucci look.

The 29-year-old stepped out on the white carpet wearing this long-sleeve black cocktail dress with an all-over gold motif from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection.

I love the dress, but the outfit as a whole really does nothing for me. Individually I like all the pieces — her multicolored drop earrings, the gold minaudière and classic black satin Brian Atwood pumps. All together though? Not so much. I feel like the earrings didn’t go nor did they “pop” with the look.

Anna never really goes wrong though, so it’s okay.

Dita Von Teese was in full-glam-mode as she attended the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday night wearing a silver bead-embellished gown by Jenny Packham.

The 39-year-old burlesque dancer selected this cutout short sleeve pale pink gown, originally seen in a bone color, from the Fall/Winter 2012 collection by the designer.

It was a glorious dress on her and a lovely fit. Dita also accessorized with several diamonds, including a wide cuff, drop earrings, a star shaped cocktail ring, and a matching glittery minaudière .

Her signature red pout completed this look.

Dianna Agron wore another dress by one of her favorite designers when she attended the white carpet event for Elton John’s annual Oscar Viewing Party to benefit the Elton John AIDS Foundation on Sunday.

The “Glee” actress selected a very girly red, ivory and nude mushroom print silk fils coupe chiffon gown from the Resort 2012 collection by Carolina Herrera.

With a center-parted pulled back hairstyle, the 25-year-old actress finished her look with a silver clutch and dark pink stone drop earrings.

It was a cute dress, but I’m just a bit underwhelmed.

Despite recent marital headlines, Heidi Klum was in happy spirits at the Elton John AIDS Foundation Oscar Viewing Party on Sunday night at West Hollywood Park wearing a super short yellow mini.

The 38-year-old model wore this cut-out textured mini dress with exaggerated shoulders and metallic gold details from the Spring/Summer 2012 Atelier Versace collection.

She’s still got it.

With a pulled back ‘do, golden metallic eye shadow and matching jewelry from Lorraine Schwartz. Heidi pulled her look together with a fierce pair of nude “Duvette” pumps by Christian Louboutin with gold cap-toe and heel details.

Nina Dobrev took a break from filming her hit television series “The Vampire Diaries” this weekend to head to Los Angeles for ‘Oscar Weekend’!

The 23-year-old brunette beauty arrived at West Hollywood Park on Sunday night to watch the 84th Annual Academy Awards at the star-studded Oscar viewing party thrown by Elton John for his Elton John AIDS Foundation.

Nina joined her off-screen boyfriend, and on-screen co-star, Ian Somerhalder at the event and wore a stunning black gown by J. Mendel.
