Vogue Italia: Katy Perry, Is That You?

KATY PERRY covers up her black and purple hair with a short, bright white-blonde wig for an editorial lens by Francesco Carrozzini for the June 2012 issue of Vogue Italia. The fashionable spread comes in time to promote her new concert documentary movie “Katy Perry: Part Of Me”, which is due in theaters on July 5th.

The 27-year-old “Wide Awake” songstress stiffly posed like a mannequin in a seafoam-colored cubicle room wearing furturisic looks that take on a retro feel from some of the hottest Fall 2012 designer collections, such as Jil Sander, Oscar de la Renta, Dolce & Gabbana and Donna Karan.

She even donned a bright pink wig for a cotton candy Comme des Garçons look!

 

A pale lipped Katy wears a pink fur jacket from the Fall 2012 collection by Oscar de la Renta with a pair of Linda Farrow for Prabal Gurung sunglasses and Mawi rosegold spiked earrings.

 

Once again rocking her Linda Farrow for Prabal Gurung sunglasses (with the ODLR fur jacket in hand), Katy shows a full length view of her pink long silk georgette Valentino dress with smock embroidery at the waist and lace appliqués.

Black shoes are from Valentino Garavani.

 

Faux smoking? Katy used a DSquared2 cigarette holder for this shot, where she wears a double cashmere oversize coat over satin silk pale pink dress from the Fall 2012 collection by Jil Sander. Show me the shoes!

 

I love this shot of Katy in her black Dolce & Gabbana brodé lace dress with silk organza floral applications. Her undergarments are also from the collection. Katy accessorized with a pair of Christian Dior ankle strap black pumps, a Zana Bayne leather choker and a Michael Kors leather belt.

 

Unfortunately we missed out on a full look at Katy in this wool bustier Donna Karan dress. She wore a Zana Bayne patent leather bra over it with an Acne latex choker and a gorgeous Noir crystal necklace.

 

What’s the point of wearing an Alexander McQueen dress if you can’t have fun with it? Katy plays around in a pretty icy white leather belted chiffon bustier dress with a circle skirt that’s embroidered from McQueen’s diffusion line, McQ.

Patti Wilson accessorized this look with a metal visor and platform fringed sandals from the Fall 2012 McQueen collection.

 

A pink-haired Katy wears a full look from the Fall 2012 collection by Comme des Garçons, including a geometric line coat and polyester dress. Her sunglasses are by Lotho while her ombré shoes are from Oscar de la Renta.

 

Katy crawls around wearing a super hot brodée jacket with a mink collar over a black silk dress from Dsquared2. On her feet are a pair of Giuseppe Zanotti lace up booties while her rings are Robert Sorrell Originals.
