MY VERDICT: After turning heads on the Cannes Film Festival red carpet earlier in the week, the 21-year-old model hit the blue rug at the Turner Upfront presentation in NYC to promote her show, “Drop the Mic”. Hailey rocked quite the saucy daytime look; a black David Koma Fall 2018 tailored pony hair sleeve jacket worn as a dress – sans top. While I’m not crazy for the necklace she wore with it, I much preferred this look on Hailey than I did on the runway because it didn’t need the skirt. She showed off her long legs in classic black pumps before completing her look with winged eyeliner and her pretty pink straight locks partially pinned.
