MY VERDICT: I actually said “WOW” out loud when I saw the Ma Rainey’s Black Bottom star emerge on the Oscars red carpet in this striking pink tuxedo. The color, the cut, the details, the swag… it’s all there.
It’s all there.
Colman selected this look from the Atelier Versace Fall 2020 Couture collection, and I’m in a daze over the gold Medusa accents and cascading shimmering bead and sequin embroideries literally dripping down his shoulders. I love everything about this — right down to the black patent shoes.
I would have loved to see the pink shoes, but I’m still digging the contrast with Colman’s choice.
