MET Ball Beauty: Get Anne Hathaway’s “Bitten” Lips & Shimmering Red Nails!
Anne Hathaway was amongst the star-studded guest list at this year's glamorous Met Gala, which honored the "Charles James: Beyond Fashion" exhibit with a New York City white tie affair. The brunette beauty emerged onto the scarlet carpet at the Metropolitan Museum of Art in a belly-baring Calvin Klein Collection bustier dress to match.
Anne may have been 'seeing red' with her outfit, but CHANEL Celebrity Makeup Artist Kate Lee opted for pink tones when it came to her bold and shiny pout.
"It's an amped up version of bitten lips, paired with coppery eyes," Kate explained the inspiration behind the look.
"Anne was wearing a dramatic red column dress, and I wanted to do the opposite of what people would expect. So, instead of putting a red lip with a red dress, we went for this cool pink balanced with a warm shade of eye shadow."
