Review: OPI ‘Neon Revolution’ Set (Limited Edition)
Summer may not officially start until tomorrow, but that doesn't mean you have to wait any longer to play with ultra-bright colors that are the hottest trend this season. Today I have a look at the new OPI "Neon Revolution" mini set for you, which features four limited edition neon nail lacquers, a neon white base coat, and the OPI Top Coat.
I have a fairly large polish collection, but I never realized how I severly lacked in neon colors, and that's why I was so excited to give these a test spin. I tend not to purchase mini bottles of polish because I feel like it won't last me long--so why bother? However, I was pleasantly surprised to see how much each bottle packs--I can certainly get a few manis out of this to last me straight through summertime.
