Review: China Glaze ‘The Giver’ Collection
China Glaze teamed up with "The Giver" to celebrate the summer release of the social science fiction film, based off the early 1990s novel by Lois Lowry. Set in the year 2048, the dystopian story focuses on a community stripped of their memories. To keep in theme with the story and colors of the film, the polish collection features 10 cremes and 2 glitters that balance each other out with cool and warm tones. Ranging from pale mint green and ballet pink to vibrant brick red and purple, the line is reawakened with a shimmering bronze that actually looks like glittering gravel on your nails.
I was attracted to the line at first glance, so I was thrilled to received the collection from China Glaze to share my review with all of you. Read on to find out, what I think, are the most stand-out colors.
