MY VERDICT: Selena broke out the head-to-toe gold for her arrival at the MTV Movie Awards, which she performed on for the first time to debut her new single “Come and Get It”. The 20-year-old “Spring Breakers” actress highlighted her sun-kissed skin with a long-sleeve illusion net dress by Julian Macdonald that was embroidered with dripping beaded fringe. This micro-mini frock comes from the designer’s Fall 2013 collection. It’s not common that I like a dress more on the red carpet than I did on the runway, but I really feel like Selena enhanced it. MY VERDICT: Vanessa provided a much needed burst of color at the Madrid premiere of “Spring Breakers” while her costars Selena Gomez and Ashley Benson kept it classic in head-to-toe black.  The 24-year-old petite actress turned to Julien Macdonald for her dress; a vibrant lipstick red halterneck dress from his Fall 2012 Bespoke collection, which features a sexy high thigh slit and all-over silver crystal and beaded embroidery. I think the embellishing is really cool, and very unique—it almost appears as though she’s wearing a shattered mirror. MY VERDICT: Heidi brought some sexy edge to the red carpet in her long black silk cady dress by Julien Macdonald. This collection has become a favorite of stars like Kristen Stewart and Kim Kardashian, however it had yet to make any big award show appearances until now. Heidi can certainly carry the metallic rope trimmed cutout design, but I wish she had worn dark gold shoes as opposed to the crisscross black patent Christian Louboutin pointed toe stilettos she opted for. | continue reading..

After donning a much-talked-about beaded jumpsuit at the London premiere of “The Twilight Saga: Breaking Dawn – Part 2″ last night, it was off to the next stop for Kristen Stewart and her costars Taylor Lautner and Robert Pattinson.

This morning found the trio in Madrid, Spain for a photocall to promote the final installment of the series. Kristen arrived on the black carpet at the Villa Magna Hotel wearing a Spring 2013 black-and-white paneled “Bahamas” dress by Welsh designer Julien Macdonald with a beautiful gold embroidered bib neckline of crystals and pearls that was toughened up with spikes.

It can’t be that easy to spend the entire evening in a ballgown, so I’m not surprised that Bérénice Marlohe changed out of her red dress in favor of something sleeker when she hit the after party for the royal premiere of “Skyfall” last night in London.

The French actress headed down the red carpet to Tate Modern wearing a super sexy long-sleeved black dress from the Fall 2012 bespoke couture collection by Julien Macdonald. Florence Welch stepped out in a dramatic black gown when she attended Britain Creates 2012: Fashion & Art Collusion VIP gala on Tuesday night in London, England.

The “Never Let Me Go” singer and Florence + the Machine front-woman arrived at Old Selfridges Hotel wearing a sheer black gown from the Fall 2012 Bespoke collection by Julien Macdonald. This plunging neck design featured illusion long sleeves that were completely embellished and a floor-length sheer skirt that was layered over a solid micro mini skirt.

Florence is never boring on the red carpet, which I think is something we can all respect and look forward to.

She complimented this look with a red lips, satin flap over tassel clutch and a pair of matching Christian Louboutin sandals, the sexy ankle wrapped “Vampanodo”, which you can take a closer look at here.

It’s only a few hours until the stars hit the red carpet at the 2012 MTV Movie Awards! Your favorite actors and actresses from films like “The Hunger Games”, “Twilight”, “Harry Potter”, “Bridesmaids” and more, will be on hand to give out golden popcorn as we watch all the fun, banter, sneak peeks, live musical performances, and of course, the fashion.

At this point everyone should know what they’re wearing; don’t think of The Fashion Court: Wish List as something I’m predicting. It is what it is — a wish list. I could see these ladies in these looks, I’d like to — hey, I want to. Hopefully, I’m right on track and they’ll wear something in the style, color or designer.

I may be right on the ball and they could wear exactly what I’ve selected for them. Who knows!

Jessie J hit the red carpet last night in all black for the 2012 Glamour Women of the Year Awards at Berkeley Square Gardens in London, England.

The 23-year-old “Dominio” singer wore a slinky black mesh, sequin pailette and fringe cocktail dress from the Spring 2012 collection by Julien Macdonald. It seems that a dark v-neck vest was added to the bodice of Jessie’s dress as it wasn’t seen on the runway model. I like the style on Jess so much more!

This outfit looked fantastic on her, and while her open toe Kat Maconie Velma ankle boots were a bit heavy, they didn’t weigh the look down and fit her eclectic style so well.

She finished off her look with a sleek hairstyle and gold jewelry, which picked up the metallic elements in her shoes.

Jessie took home the award for “Solo Artist of the Year”. Congrats!!
