MY VERDICT: Lily was quite the rodeo princess in her dazzling blush pailette-embroidered cap sleeve Fall 2013 Haute Couture cocktail dress when she stepped out for drive-in premiere of “The Return by Karl Lagerfeld” and following Métiers d’Art fashion show–aka the Chanel Pre-Fall 2014 runway production, which was held at Fair Park in Dallas, Texas this year. The “Mortal Instruments” darling balanced the v-neck layered stunner with a pair of over-the-knee suede boots with laced backs.
I love the dress on her, and was pleased to see it without the tweed coat cover-up it was originally presented with as it gave us a full view to appreciate the cut and detail. A bouncy wavy bob hairstyle, dark lacquered nails, and a equally dramatic glossy burgundy pout helped complete her chic look that was finished with a Chanel Fine Jewelry diamond cuff earring.
Lily rocked it. I think she was the most attractive celebrity of the night. Feminine, tasteful, and classy from head to toe. And she knows how to pose. She could give the others some lessons.
