MY VERDICT: A lot of my Cannes wish list picks made it to the festival year, but none on the intended ladies…until now. Cate wore the Givenchy Spring/Summer 2018 Haute Couture gown I envisioned for her when she attended today’s screening of “BlacKkKlansman” and looked just as beautiful as I imagined she would. It was obvious how incredible that multicolored tiered skirt was, but I had no idea the black long sleeve turtleneck top had a full open back, and it just made me like this even more. The edginess of the gown called for a complementing hairstyle, and Cate gave it just that with her sleek side pinned ‘do.
