MY VERDICT: I can usually always count on Helen to make a red carpet moment that I’ll never forget, and that was proven tonight when she attended the “Girls of the Sun” Cannes screening in a regal electric blue Elie Saab gown. The iconic actress opted for the off-the-shoulder velvet gown with silk mousseline and gold pleated piping from the Fall/Winter 2017 Haute Couture collection but, perhaps, the most incredible part of the gown were the floor-length split sleeves. Drama… I like it. Elegant diamond jewelry and a gold clutch provided her polished finishing touches.
