MY VERDICT: Emilia kept it cute for the morning photocall and press conference for “Solo: A Star Wars Story” ahead of this evening’s premiere during Cannes 2018. The petite English actress wore a black jacquard micro peplum top and cropped trousers by Dolce & Gabbana, which featured a plethora of ornate gold buttons decorating the sleeveless top. I think it was a sweet daytime look for her, but as a fellow shortie, this pant length can work against us. A slim pant that hit at her ankles would have lengthened her legs a little more.
Pastel printed pumps, and an assortment of dainty jewels completed her look; she wore Sara Weinstock 4-diamond cluster stud earrings, an Alezan “String Dancers” chevron bracelet, a Walters Faith “Keynes” two-tone signature hexagon motif diamond ring and an EF Collection diamond signet ring.
