MY VERDICT: We didn’t have to wait long for a red carpet moment from Fan! The Chinese actress was one of the first stars to step out for the Cannes opening ceremony premiere of “Everybody Knows” and she didn’t hold back. Fan wore an Ali Karoui Couture ball gown with a crystal encrusted bodice and a minty seafoam tiered skirt. This dress is very beautiful and looked wonderful on Fan — was it her best yet? I don’t think so, but I wasn’t let down either. Fan topped off the look with an elegant up-do, De Beers diamond jewelry and a silver minaudière to perfectly complement the top of the dress. This look has officially made me all the more eager to see what else she has up her sleeve this year.
