MY VERDICT: Kelly joined her husband John Travolta as the two celebrated the screening of their new movie “Gotti”, a John Gotti biopic, at Cannes tonight. I had a few ideas for Kelly’s premiere dress in mind, but she opted for something a little more understated that didn’t lack in the sparkling department. She selected a J. Mendel chevron embroidered strapless gown with a contrasting illusion tulle skirt from the Fall 2017 collection. I wish we had gotten some solo photos of Kelly from the red carpet to appreciate the front of the dress a little more, but this was one of my favorite pieces from that line. Long cascading waves and diamond drop earrings completed her look.
