MY VERDICT: All eyes must’ve been on Kristen when she attended tonight’s screening of “Knife + Heart (Un Couteau dans le Coeur)” because, after stepping out for the amfAR Gala in a graphic dress and vivid makeup earlier, the 28-year-old did in a 180-change for a super moody androgynous ensemble. Kristen wore a full look by Chanel; a partially buttoned Fall 2018 white shirt beneath a long black Pre-Spring 2018 tuxedo blazer that she partnered with black sequin-embellished skinny pants from the Spring/Summer 2011 Haute Couture collection. Not only do I love that she brought this kind of drama with the outfit, but I’m equally excited about her slick hairstyle and intense smoky eyes.
Leave it up to Kristen to get a little rebellious with her fashion; she walked a fine line with the Cannes strict ‘heels on the red carpet’ rule by slipping on a pair of Sarah Flint “Alysia” loafers that featured a heel so low that it was almost like wearing flats. Kristen’s ring is the Maud Coco Avant piece from Chanel Fine Jewelry.
