MY VERDICT: After rocking a cool pant outfit for the premiere of her film the night before, Marion shimmered her way down the red carpet in an old school couture dress from Chanel. The French actress wore a silver iridescent silk bustier dress from the Spring/Summer 2014 Haute Couture collection that’s enriched with black sequins and features the illusion of a very nipped waist.
There was an extra tier when it was presented on the runway, and it was a lot shorter, but Marion’s featured a column skirt and I’m not sure if it was an improvement or not. I don’t dislike the dress, but I’m not totally sold either. It might just be her sandals that are throwing me off as a black sandal with thinner straps would have been ideal. Side parted hair and Chopard jewels polished it off.
