MY VERDICT: The regal deep emerald velvet Alberta Ferretti gown that Irina wore to the Chopard Secret Night celebration was breathtaking — absolutely gorgeous. From the figure flaunting cut to that structured high slit that gave a peekaboo look at crystal embellishments throughout the lining was so ridiculously beautiful that I can’t believe she wore this to a party and not on the red carpet. I know brides typically wear white, but can I get married in this?
I think a sleek high ponytail would have been more fun than her easy up-do, but that exquisite emerald-and-diamond Chopard statement necklace more than made up for any minute detail that wasn’t perfected. Soft makeup and black sandals (aka shoes I wish she hadn’t worn) completed her look.
