MY VERDICT: Penélope switched it up from her Chanel looks by selecting a dress from the Dior Haute Couture collection when she attended a special Swarovski luncheon during the Cannes Film Festival. The Spanish actress wore an off-the-shoulder ivory evening dress with large page-like folds throughout the skirt. A slightly unkempt up-do, red lips, nude sandals and, of course, Atelier Swarovski diamond and emerald earrings polished it off.
