KATY PERRY covers up her black and purple hair with a short, bright white-blonde wig for an editorial lens by Francesco Carrozzini for the June 2012 issue of Vogue Italia. The fashionable spread comes in time to promote her new concert documentary movie "Katy Perry: Part Of Me", which is due in theaters on July 5th.
The 27-year-old "Wide Awake" songstress stiffly posed like a mannequin in a seafoam-colored cubicle room wearing furturisic looks that take on a retro feel from some of the hottest Fall 2012 designer collections, such as Jil Sander, Oscar de la Renta, Dolce & Gabbana and Donna Karan.
She even donned a bright pink wig for a cotton candy Comme des Garçons look!

"My assistant will call fashion houses for me, but I always pick the outfit, shoes, jewelry, and a lot of times I do my own hair and makeup for events. Sometimes I think, God, why do I do this to myself? It's so much extra work!"
