Kristen Stewart in CHANEL Couture | Cannes Film Festival 2018: 'The Man Who Killed Don Quixote' Closing Ceremony Premiere

WHO: Kristen Stewart
WHERE & WHEN: “The Man Who Killed Don Quixote” Cannes Closing Ceremony Premiere on May 19, 2018.
WEARING: Chanel Haute Couture dress, Christian Louboutin shoes & Chanel Fine Jewelry.

MY VERDICT: I hope Kristen had fun during her run as a jury member during the Cannes Film Festival this year, because I certainly enjoyed seeing all of her wardrobe selections. For her final walk at the Palais des Festivals, the 28-year-old pulled from an archive collection once more; she wore a gold lace full-length dress from the Chanel Spring/Summer 2013 Haute Couture collection that featured a button-front design that gave way to a daring high slit.

While it would have been nice to see her wear at least once dress from the latest couture line, I thought this delicate piece was a beautiful choice. This look was polished with smooth barrette pinned subtle curls and gold accessories from Chanel FIne Jewelry‘s “My Chain” collection. I liked a lot about this look, but the shoes were my least favorite part; they matched her dress, yes, but I think a strappy sandal would have been more ideal than the awkward low-slung front panel of her Christian Louboutin “Guiptik” slingback heels.
